Cynplicity is an online-only artisan soap and skincare business based in South Jersey. We do not operate a public retail storefront or offer walk-in service. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions and the correct mailing address.

Information You Choose to Provide

When you place an order, create an account, subscribe, or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details, order contents, subscription choices, coupons, order notes, and messages you send us.

Payment is processed by the method you select, including Square or PayPal. Cynplicity receives the order and transaction information needed to confirm and manage your purchase. Payment providers handle payment information under their own privacy terms.

Information Used to Run and Protect the Website

WooCommerce uses necessary cookies to keep your cart, checkout session, and account working. The website and its security and measurement services may also process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, referring page, pages viewed, and site interactions. This information helps the site function, prevents spam and fraud, and helps us understand website performance.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the website.

We do not sell customer names, contact details, or order information for money.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity, and some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legal purposes.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
